Li Zhicong graduated from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature at Shanghai Normal University in 1982. He has served as the vice principal of Shanghai Preschool Education College and the secretary of the Party Committee in the School of Education and Special Education at East China Normal University.
In March 2000, Mr. Li was transferred to the No.2 High School of East China Normal University as the secretary of the Party Committee and vice principal. Since January 2017, he has served as the principal of the No.2 High School of East China Normal University alongside serving as the deputy director of the East China University Education Group.

She has held a number of senior roles, including principal and vice-principal, in various prestigious, independent US boarding schools. These include Groton School, one of the top boarding schools in the USA, and reputable girls’ school, Miss Porter’s School. Prior to joining Huayao Collegiate, Ms. Santos was head at a public day school Centennial Academy in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
